"It is time for us to transition to the Iraqis," he said as an estimated 600 troops cheered. "They need to take responsibility for their country."-Barrack Obama

As we all followed Obama's first international trip we couldnt help but ask oursleves how will his rating be after such, considering that He was rated as 'naive' in matters of Foreign Policy during the elections. Offcourse his charm carried the day, from the exhibition hall in London to the student townhall in Instanbul,All the meetings he held left brows raised and heads nodding. But the show stopper was His diversion to pay an unexpected visist to Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's country-Iraq, Real unexpected was it that we are left asking questions like; Is his visit there an indicator of a real change in America's Foreign Policy or Is it meant for His being politically correct. Is it a clear message that America wants to aid the healing of Iraq as fast as possible and leave the Iraqs to tke resposibility for their country. By the way is Obama's statement above true? My verdict;Obama's Language throughout this tour spells one thing; We(USA) are no longer bulldozing and forcing anything down the throat of any nation, We are leaders, we know that, but we respect any and everyones's opinion as long as this is consistent to the agreed international 'standards', We(USA) have no business questioning the same. USA will adhere to all international regulations it ascribes to as set by Global bodies and we will not enjoy impunity for such. In my honest OPINION, Real change has come!
