many things make me angry...kinda hard to only point out a few specific things that get me angry....but when i'm angry i usually punch pillows,listen to loud music or just remind myself life goes on...whatever happened happened so might as well get over it.

Does punching a pillow make you "angrier"?
After you've listened to loud music, or do a "self talk", do you still feel frustrated, or are you able to feel mellow after you do the above?
Thanks...your thoughts affect a number of youth I work with.
