Short leadership program for youth in the arts

I serve on the board of an amazing nonprofit organization called the Aart of Life Foundation - www.aartoflife.org.
This organization is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
In December 2003, we are planning to select and recognize 1 amazing youth who have overcome tremendous odds and have excelled in the arts. To reward this young person, and invest in his/her future, we are currently trying to track down a short (1-3) week international youth leadership program that the winner of our youth leadership award can participate in.
I would appreciate any recommendations that you have for wonderful youth leadership/training programs in the international arena which we should target for our winner.
