Marc,
You obviously have no clue what you are talking about. What are you 11 years old?  Just to let you know every president that has had the chance to read off a teloprompter has done so. Even Clinton who was one of the greatest speaking presidents ever. Also, him going on Jay Leno and ESPN to show off his bracket means that hes a regular guy, a peoples person, not a robot like Bush.

That's just rediculous. You all started to talk down his young presidency before it even began. He has the capability to make major improvements after the truely disgraceful and sad adminstration run by Bush and his room of old has- beens for the past eight years.

oh yeah ofcourse he is just a regular person, thats why he was putting down the special olympics on the Jay Leno show, really swell normal man. Your correct. Forbid if Bush did that the whole country would be up his ass. We are lucky we didn't even get attacked yet. The Chinese are already testing out our new president when they approached one of our vessels in the channels.

I agree that he is making quite a mess, but your points are not really valid.
Past presidents have been on talk shows, members of the Special Olympics did not find the remarks offensive. As a matter of fact, one of them even challenged him to a bowling match. Lastly, all presidents read off teleprompters and speeches written by others.
I do think that he is getting involved in too many things at one time. He has a whole panel of people that can do whatever else need to be done. Right now he needs to focus on the economy and bringing troops home...and not send more to Afghanistan.

This is a very intresting discussion, I like it! And what do we have to say about Obamas speech during his visit to Turkey parliament? What about assuring muslims that we (USA) are not at war with the muslims, Does that make him more a Celebrity? What about his new call to make the world nuclear free, Does that make him Bono? R Kelly? or one of those.. or does it make a visionary leader. See being a president especially of a country with so much at stake like the USA is a very tight rope, and so in our critism it is imperative that we absolve ourselves from non-objective critisism. we should be as objective as possible before issuing any critism on such. we should do a thourough introspection lest our views be mared by prejudice and partisanship that is neither good for us nor for the rest of the world.Obama is not an Angel, Lets boldly step out to applaude him of the great things He has so far done and lets objectively observe what we think He could have done better.

i think that he is right. i think that if we not only encourage obama in any way the citizens can but also tell him his mistakes, it may take a while but he will fix them, not like that idiot bush who spat on his on white house lawn. im glad he's gone
