punishment for Electoral offences
March 12, 2009 - 06:22 AM

Electoral fraud is on of the major problems Nigeria and many African Countres are facing. This makes certain group of persons hijack government and subvert the will of the citizenry.
Should such act be prescibed as a crime and What is the position in your country?
