These are several documentary series that reveal how poultries are managed and you will be shocked how cruel these birds are being treated. If only there are actions that can be taken to charge them under animal cruelty law but I don’t think there’s one right now that can seriously deal with the issue. For me, my part is to reduce and work towards zero meat consumption and that is to turn fully vegetarian.

Animals are friends.
We can't eat them.
I agree with you!

Yes I agree. I have been eating less meat.

At what point does someone concerned about animal cruelty, feel justified in what they're eating?

It is 100% wrong to kill an animal for absolutely no reason. Animals have rights too and if a human was killed for no reason, people would pay attention. So why is it different for animals? We should be fighting for the rights of the millions of innocent animals killed each day for food, fur, and scientific testing.

I agree, in my country many cultural and religious practices involve slaughter of innocent animals, which is wrong and cruel. Being an animal lover, I am against such cruelty towards animals.
