Do you think they have helped the situation of children in the developing world?
I am wondering if targets like the MDGSs have really helped to address Child Poverty and attain Child Rights.
What do you think??

Once cannot under-estimate the child-Inpact Projects realised towards the achievement of the MDGs. Infact, UNICEF and many NGOs have done Quite much. For example, Nivirapine for PMTCT of HIV is now free in many developing countries.
