well i think that he should be chareged for the attempted robbery but i think its a bit harsh if he was sentenced for a first degree murder or so.

If the robber really scare the woman, it is a form of psychological harassmnet that trigger her death.... just refer to your local laws re that, but maybe think it is nt neccessarily murder
