Sport for Social Change

Recently I have been working on projects that involve using sport as a catalyst (or guide) for social learning. I remember studying a great amount about the power of socialization through sport and it feels only natural that I get to test out some of these theories.
Through my research I have come across some really cool projects that use soccer/fooball to engage children and then while they are together teach them about Aids.
I am curious to know if anyone is involve with or has come across some organizations that are doing something similar?
Cheers!
