Who is responsible for the War in GAZA?

The war in GAZA lefted more then 1,200 people dead. Who is responsible, who should be blame, who gone take responsibality of this all?????

I think this is such a complicated issue. Israel have been rather heavy handed but then there are rockets dropping on their cities from Hamas who historically hasn't kept to any peace accords. I don't believe that the response from Israel can be justified with the toll on civilian life but I do think that their people have a right to feel safe from rocket fire as well. The Palestinians are now living in terrible conditions in Gaza and I can only hope that international pressure will force both sides back to negotiation. I think there are a couple of interesting groups out there today trying to hep bring this pressure on both Israel and Hamas. Go and have a look at the Avaaz video on You Tube.
There is also an excellent grass roots group from within Israel and Gaza which is calling for peace between the two people called OtherVoice
I hope that there can be a resolution found for the conflict between these two groups of people.
