Western media and double standards!!

Its been about 18days since the start of the Isreali attack on gazza strip/palestine and yet till now the western Tv networks and newspapers coverage is less tha satisfactory...
Its as if Tv netwroks all aroud the world are conspiring against this unarmed people called palestenians..well as a person who works in journalism and actully reads some western magazines and publishigs I should say that many of these networks and newspapers have lost their creditiblity in the Arab world.
So for all of those seeing only 1 side of the story on tv..I would like to give u the last report abt the condtions in gazza..After 18 dys of continuous raids and bombings carried out by the isreali forces..
casulties: 905 palestenian civilians/ 45% of them are women and children
wounded: 4100 palestenian civilians/ 400 of them are critical cases.
11 mosques:have been destroyed by isreali forces.
2 schools of the unurwa beig used as shlters by palestenians who have fleed their homes:have been bombed cuasing: the killig of 45 persons and wounding 100.
In gazza their is no running water,no elecricity and no food for more than 5 days...
I think this should be the main story of every evening news..dont u think so??

I agree. whenever there is a problem as big as this one thats been occuring for many years, I think its appropriate for everyone to at least know whats truly going on and what they can do to help.

I concur. And furthermore, the last time I checked, the media's responsibility was to inform, educate and raise awareness about issues of international significance.
The Israeli/Palestinian conflict has a long and complicated history which deserves to be highlighted so that people, including Westerners, can be aware of what is happening, because in my view, it certainly affects these nations' diplomatic relationships with the rest of the world.
