Training Centre help needed!

Hi!
I am currently looking into sitting up a training centre for students who plan to take so called third year option.
I would like to hear from anyone who has been on some sort of volunteering project for which they recieved practical training so that I can look into how feasiable my ideas are.
I would also like to hear from students who have completed any sort of vocational education and have used their experience in the field. Particularly those who have done courses in rehab and wood working.
