menu squeezing

Hi, I am using Opera 9.21; when I roll over the menu above (with "Community, Action Tools, Resources, Youth Media, Global Issues and Regions), the menu squeezes into several very thin columns, so that I even cannot see the names of the sections and their logos. In fact, I only can see the logo of Regions, but not the text because it overlays the "Global issues". When I roll over the little columns, they open normally as I suppose they intend to do, but when I roll out, they disappear again. I think it would be good to fix it.
