WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO HIV/AIDS?

As a leader, What approach would you adopt to tackle HIV/AIDS?
Knowing full well the world intention to reduce HIV/AIDS infection rate to rumble and if possible, to totally stop it with different strategic approaches ranging from the scientist medication researches to literally and unceasing calls to consciousness every now and then.
If you happen to lead the world , what would be your approach to HIV/AIDS?

Every individual has their own approach to this issue. My approach would first be to implement educational programs so that people are aware, know what to expect, and know how to protect themselves. Than there would be resources made available, condoms, sterile needles, pamphlets, places where these people could go to for help and information. Free testing, would be a must, and would be made a mandaatory law. I would implement free clinics where people could go for any medical help, and free medication. i truly believe health and education should be free for all, not mater where anyone comes from.
This is no fancy approach, but i believe everyone should start basic and later lead to complicated approaches and procedures.

i think you have a good idea. But when asked almost everyone would say almost the same as yours. I simply meant that your approach follows the world major approach to HIV.
In attempt to discuss further, someone asked,
" Why should we waste our resources trying to cure people who contracted AIDS? Let nature take its course. It is only humane to allow a pandemic to kill off people who have contracted aids through their own promiscuous behavior."
Of course, allowing nature to take its course could be another approach but contraryly be the last to adopt in the regard, because poeple are born free and free to live.
Allowing nature to take its course is very unrational and it's in the same vein with murdering.

well my approach to the issue is more education at the rassroots. basic peer education should be given even to children in primary school. free counselling testing should also be availiable. plwha should also be encouraged to speak up without stimatisation. lastly, recreation, vocational skill centers should be created with activities to keep the youths busy

my approach is education to people who engaged in high risk to HIV/AIDS, such as female sex worker and their clients, injecting drug user and their partners
I think it is important to focused health intervention to them in my country because HIV/AIDS transmission still focused on them,,, However it doesn't mean education for general population not important, in fact it is,,,,
