Each and every effort pay the individual its sum for sure. Though one may not achieve the ambition, he/she will gain sufficient experience from it.
Keep on trying by making minor changes in their hunting tactics remains the secret.

i see that in most youths they lack the motivation to pursue their goals.
they wait for thing to be done for them and/or play blame game.
youths need to SET worthwhile goals and pursue them 'til they ctry for mercy!
remember anything that worth doing at all is worth doing well all the time!

I quite agree with you. But looking at it from another angle, don't you think that, peer pressure has a lot of influence on youths never getting to achieve their ambitions and turn out to set the wrong goals in life? From personal observation on young persons around me, youths are engrosed with the things happening around them especially presures from sexualty which is as a result of what they see, and wrong impressions from peers....
