Volunteers do a lot of great work for many organizations (TIG included!) By the same token, the people who manage the volunteers deserve our thanks for working and coordinating a large number of dedicated individuals.

Thanks for the info. The one who manages the volunteers and the volunteer programs really deserves appreciation. The job of a volunteer manager begins with attracting the right candidates. Motivating & training them indeed require certain skills.
Hope to see many stories in this thread...
