hey! Globalization affects everybody in the world. Coz apparently now we are all interconnected and stuff so when there is a change here, you feel it there -you get what am saying, right?

of course it affects every single entity. look at the situation now. The US is going under financial crisis. right now everything is expensive. Why? they are major donors to africa for one. Other than that, their economy affects the major economies of the world which in turn affects the developing countries to whom they are donors and partners.
Obama is vying for CEO of arguably the most powerful nation in the world. Down here in Africa and even in Asia, everybody has election fever. Right? And yet he is not directly linked to them as an individual. He merely represents the dreams and ambitions of many in the world.

Can the world be the same as individual society without the preponderance of globalism prevalent in the way of life of each aspect of activities.The evil it brings is the dominance and almost obliteration of weak cultures by 'powerful' cultures.

I think it does... negatively, though. Most indigenous or native people have few rights and are exploited by businesses in the name of 'development', 'globalization', 'industrialization', etc.
Most have lost their customs and land in the name of Western betterment.
