Why my post dated 02-08-03 was not published under this thread? Are the people of TakingItgolbal afraid of terrorists? Anyone who wants to read the post, please visit my profile and read my discussion posts.

I can feel your concern about terrorism, and how you want to do something about it. I believe that you want to make people more aware of it. unfortunatelatly, today, people know more about terrorism , than what is going on in their own town. Thanks to the western media, who succeeded to create a global so to speak phobia of terrorism, even so terrorism is still limited with certain area of the world. All this was done to get world support for Mr. Bush plan to invade Iraq, and who know what other plan he has for us in the future. If you surf the web, you find plenty of resources of info about terrorist organizations, their activities, their pictures, and the terrible result of terrorism. But what you fail to mention in your post, and in many sites, is the causes of terrorism, and how to prevent it. And with prevention, I don't mean invading another country like Mr. Bush did in Iraq, because, this will this will increase terrorism in the long run. We need to to look at the core of the problem, not only at the surface.
