IS HIV TRAVEL BAN FAIR ?

what can be done to end the horrific tears that those with the HIV virus go through in different parts of the world everyday with regards to travel ban.
Today PLHIVs of all ages face discrimination and even forcing them to develop trauma, shame , guilt and “self blaming”.
Russia has joined the race of other countries like America ,Saudi Arabia China etc to stop people from around the world from entrance.
Is there any logical way that they can use to prove someone is HIV positive.
This year alone does Saudi know how many PLHIVs went for pilgrimage to Mecca?
Does America know how many positive foreigners are in it?
All these won’t help and will stop people from fighting stigma and discrimination and will as well as increase the spread of the AIDS virus around the World.
The impact of these bans has valued our individual contribution to end HIV by 2015 a failure and it has proved how much we can loose our words within a short time.
If the developed world starts the race then we want no PLHIV to publicly disclose .
The visibility of the HIV will only be possible if the bans are removed.
The developed world has deepened our wound refresh our pains and pointed us out .
Is this not modern discrimination ?
