paper recycling, WHAT DO YOU THINK I NEED TO KNOW

I live in a country in the middle east which spends millions to try to look civilized. the thing is that i am working in a big company and the printer is just behind my desk, and it gets my nerves when someone prints 50 pages and come and take only 1 or 2 of them only, and the rest ofcourse to the trash. and no matter how i try to reason with them, they just smile as if it's a minor issue and if i am one of these young people who don't think of the real important things like they do
so i want to force a recycling system in the company. i started looking for the nearest recycling center and its not in this country (Qatar) so im contacting UAE, If your company is doing this can you please share information of how they are doing it.
i opened a project here in TIG in qatar (recycling), if someone wants to change his company or wants to help please join me.

I DO really agree with u Nada
here is in indonesia, we use paper recycling for art and paper again.
how much paper u can collect Nada?
Yah..i can understand there is no paper recycling company in qatar.
maybe...better for you to learn how to make art form paper recycling.
So, you could proccess it by yourself and make it as secondary job (or open job for jobless people)

Wouldn't it be a great deal for a recycling company to settle down in Qatar (and in the other countries where recycling isn't well established yet)?

Hi I am strongly interested in making a company to recycle paper. I have some ideas to share. Maybe we could keep in touch to discuss experiencies and expectations of this kind of industries.
