Torture Is Part of Syrian Reality

"In Syria, the authorities continue to conceal all acts of torture, to refuse negotiations with human rights organizations that are concerned about this issue, to evade the responsibility of investigating cases that have been exposed, and to implement laws protecting intelligence personnel from indictment. [As a result,] Syria is included in the list of countries that use torture, and any citizen wishing to sue his torturers is denied the right to do so. This leaves them no [choice]... but to submit to the status quo and keep silent."
What about scores of Women Denied Travelling and Joining their Families?
What will Syrian Human Rights Committee do about it?
Is it hard to say know to torture?

Please provide something concrete to back your claims and please what about your state of Isreal and the collective torture of the Palestinians ....

Your the one who said it, your information is based on newspaper articles and TV so what youre saying is not from first hand knowledge or research but basically what ever CNN, or TEL AVIV or C5 tells you is true.
I have been to Syria and I have many Syrian friends and its a very open society and open minded folks who do not get sucked into the propaganda such as your self get sucked into.
I think it is you who need to grow up and wise up and not say Amen each time your adoptive country tells you something about its enemies.

So long as its not the propaganda of your adoptive nation and CNN and C5 and Tel Aviv and actually hard facts then am all for it, but I promise I will answer every bit of propaganda you will ever post even if It means spending 2 hours a day reading ....

I am not one to decide what is posted and what is not, but like I said to you if I see lies and propaganda being posted I will reply to it and expose it and make sure its author is not doing so to please thier adoptive nation like we have in this case...... ABI

Lib-Athlete, do you deny the fact that Yesterday Monday 6th October 2008 Syria celebrated the 35th anniversary of October Liberation War which broke out on the 6th of October, 1973?
Yesterday, after 35 years of the war, Syria is still a basic and main factor in
outlining the region's future and finding solutions to the Middle East problems. This was proved by the latest developments and events in the
region where Syria has been able to break the US attempts to isolate Syria
and cancel its pivotal role.
Syria is still committed to achieve the JUST and COMPREHENSIVE PEACE that
guarantees RESTORATION into the line of June 4th, 1967.
