Love is a form of expression that defines and binds us together. It’s the reason we never feel right when we’re alone and why we hate to be away from certain people. It’s always hard to truly define love but it’s easy to see the results of it. Love is understanding kind and loyal among other things. Love as I see it is a combination of all these elements towards friends, siblings, our God lovers and others. Love is blind and impervious to any flaws of either party and is a great inspiration to all. It’s also one of the bonds our God used to keep this world together. The most important commandment as said by Our Lord is based off the principle of Love. “Love your God with all your heart, soul and mind”, “Love your neighbour as you love yourself”. (Matthew 22:37-40). The visible world as we see it is comes from the Love of our Father who dwells in heaven and thus as His creations we are expected to show love in whatever we endeavour. Picture Love as a force, a force that acts only to the service of the people around you. To love is to put the well being of others over your own, to care and wish the best for the people around you and do everything in your power to make them happy. Love is essentially an act of thoughtfulness and sincerity. (hope it helps)
