good people often bring their skills come to other places or other countries. How to call them back or keep them stay
In Vietnam, its is called by phrase: "chảy chất xám"( brain drain).
For a example, when a person won a important scientific price, all of the world know him as a American. He has USA nationality and he can speak English fluently when talk or interviewed. But his name is still Vietnamese, however his name doesnt have any marks. His face is Asian generally and Vietnamese personality. Its very upset when word: " Vietnam" is not mentioned when recall him. And i wonder before if he still stay in Vietnam, whether he has suceess or not. Easy to answer but the truth me sad

There are many factors responsible like -
i) conflict
ii) lack of opportunity
iii) political instability
iv) health risks.
etc
Thereby causing the departuring of educated or talented persons for better pay or jobs elsewhere. This is parallel of capital flight which refers to the same movement of financial capital.

Anyhow we want to call it,brain drain or migration of talents;it has been living with us for a while now, especially with people in the developing countries. Its quite dishappening that those brains that are suppose to contribute to the development of our society leave our shores because of political instability, leaders insincerity, insecurity, lack of basic facilities,non-availability of research grants and a whole lot odds.Africa, has a continent has been hitten badly by this brain drain issue.Scholars seek greener pastures once they feel their future is guaranteed where they are migrating to,and they are able to make more money; The western countries have taken all our brains and we can never blame them.Very typical of this continent is political instability, which inturn affects all sectors of the government, education in particular has been a victim. However,we'll have to beg all our brains to please bear with the government, share their worth with ourselves and we'll build on that and move every country in Africa forward.Rome wasn't built in a day, they say, maybe a little patience will do,perhaps our leaders will have a rethink.

It comes down mainly to economic stability and political stability. In developing countries scholars and professors are not appreciated. The are not paid as much as they should and most governments do not listen to their views on how to better the country and what not. This makes it very difficult for them to find good reasons to stay ans do they go.

Good brains look for good environment to make good practice of their good knowledge for good pay. This is what I think that drives brain drain.A few have the advantage to pluck into such opportunity to drain their countries of the content of their brains. To stop it good environment must always be created for country's citizens
