كيف يمكن ان تتفق الرغبه مع مايجب ان يكون

كيف يمكن ان تعزز دور الشباب واندماجهم اكثر في مجتمعاتهم بالطريقه التي يحبوها ويرغبوا بها ؟بشــكل اخر اذا كانت الرغبه في اداء الشيء هل من اقوى الدوافع لتحقيقه كيف يمكن ان نوجد هذا الرغبه لدى الشباب للاندماج والتأثير أكثر بمجتمعاتهـم.
