The MDGs and ICT

Going through the 8 Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), its seems Prof. Jeffrey's committee did not really consider Information and Communication Technology as one of the tool that would help shape the world.
But from what we see today, technology tends to become the key driver of all other sectors of our economy.
