I agree with Luke, you need to talk to someone in authority. Preferrably someone who you can trust - Does your school set limits on Teachers or are they given complete power? Have you told your parents?
Goodluck!

But Syria is an Arab country- so what race is the teacher? Since English is so crucial to her, is it some kind of American school? And how are Arabs and Russians connected? Well, wait. Russia buys oil from Iraq. Aha. Problem solved. *sarcasm*. I actually had a teacher who went off about that in a class, while staring me down. (I'm half Russian, which she knew). So, what'm I supposed to do? Be patriotic by changing Russia's oil suppliers? Jeez. So, you see, there are some everywhere.
You should talk to your dad to find out what he heard. The best way for someone to learn a language is to be surrounded by it- so if your school teaches primarily in English, it would be an ideal place to learn the language.

She's not qualified to be a teacher

She may be a racialist.Yes,the best way to deal with that is to seek help from the authority in your school. Maybe her will be kicked out of the school some day.Good luck.

How can a teacher single-handedly kick a student out of school? Basem, could you describe the situation a bit more? If a teacher legitimately has that much authority (even if it is abused), it will probably be more difficult to resolve the problem than if she had no such power.

Take charge of this and tell your principal about it. Teachers like these do not deserve to be in school!

If she is the counsellor, its something you should tell the principle. in Australia I know that that is a very serious problenm. Tell the principle. Tell anyone that would care.

There are many prejudiced people in the world. When he/she is a caretaker, it is one of the most unfortunate situations. You need to report it to either another teacher, or the principle who can help, and who will support you.
I think this teacher needs to realize what she is doing and stop it.
All the best

Who has authority?

I am not familiar with the education system in Syria, but here are a few suggestions:
Who, outside the school, has influence over the school? If parents have influence, perhaps you could discuss the problem with your parent. If the local government has influence and it's possible to discuss the situation with someone from government, perhaps that would help. I agree that the principal/headmaster/school director would be the best person to speak with, but there may be others who would be sympathetic. The first question to ask yourself is: "What adult with influence would be an objective listener and be helpful to me?"
It does seem strange that a teacher would express hatred of these groups to his or her students, and that nothing would be done to address this problem.

I know this may not be the best idea, but, have you tried asking her why? We are all assuming (and are most probably right) that she is racist. But would it clarify matters and perhaps make her rethink her decisions if you confronted the root of the problem? Her reasoning for expelling your brother and the other students.
Just a thought.
