How can we make vaccines more accessible?

Vaccines are one of the greatest discoveries of public health, saving millions of lives from early death and disabilities. However, there are several problems with vaccines reaching people who need the protection most ranging from lack of information to inconsistent electrical infrastructure. What are some ways that government, NGOs and other institutions and individuals can increase access to vaccines in developing countries?

hmm...we need a good cordination here between many departements (not only medical site but others)
and we should remember also that ALL VACCINES have time limit and requirenment of saving.
So...distribute well is the other important rule also.
and do not forget to PROMOTE it by Small hoispital and all medical places.

This is just an idea and might not work. In the U.S., there's this program called Mission of Mercy, were an RV travels around dispensing medical attention and vaccinations and sponsors blood drives and usually use community centers and churches as a meeting place where they meet once a month at different places on a monthly basis. This way a wide group of people are getting this free medical care that need it by licensed professionals. Perhaps this could be used for other countries where medical attention could travel from town to town on a regular basis providing free licensed care. Also, the scheduled stops would be regular and posted in each town, that way if a family couldn't wait another month, they could travel to a nearby town that would be the next stop.

I think vaccines should be free to everyone, that's the problem. some counties can't afford the vaccine's price.
