why is there HIV/AIDS in our world Now

From my traditional spiriutal perspective all disease including HIV/AIDs is an outcome of imbalance thus restoration of harmony and balance at all level is need.
All life is to be respected but the world has gotten more and more power this more desire for power, more hate,we have broken the rules for living utill we get an honoring of the universal law like tell the truth,have heart of compassion to endure what we have created fro our selve
