Way to promote of my project

my name is mayumi who is living in Tokyo. Now i am doing my own artproject that is EXCHANGE PROJECT. The way of the project is at the first i send envelope to people who is participant, then after they get the envelope, i want them to start artwork that they imagin from the word love. after they will fhinish to make it, send it back to my home. Then i will upload the artwork on my website, and in the future, i will send each artwork to each participant as a present. Someday they will get another person's artwork as a present suddenly. it is the system of this project. Now i could gather 80 person as participant. But i want to gather children participant because to think love is really important i think. There are lots of tragedy criminal in Japan. i am a bit worry about this situation. But i trust human being's goodness. What youger will be a part of this project may good experience.
But unfortunately here in japan, to do workshop in school is really difficult because of lots of tragedy criminal.
So i want help.
if there are somebody who have idea about this my problem, could you teach me? My hope is want to do workshop of this project with children or younger people.

You can search for art organization on the internet and send them an email to tell them about your great art project. Ask them to do a joint promotion with you.
Or you can write a letter to the editor of the art magazines and see if they are interest in doing a review on your project. Sometimes they may offer you a free review.
And I think it will be good if you can make a website about the stuff and promote on the net.
