Why natural disasters increased in this 21 century?
For the last two decades it had massively increased natural disasters happening all around the word. We’ve seen last months the earthquake hit in the China, hurricane citrine destroyed some cities in United State, and many others. If you have a great argument and reasons that you could explain why this events happening in the world please post us we need your expression.

Well... I don't know if we can say for sure whether natural disasters have indeed increased. Maybe it's the media coverage that has increased. Some years ago we we would have no idea if a disaster took place in another region of our country. Now, we are all part of the Global Village, news spread faster, distances seem to be shorter, natural disasters seem to have increased.

Then we must thank media for bringing us closer and understanding the times!!!*
We all must shine our eyes, even Jesus Christ gave some advice relacting to the time..but one thing for sure is that the meek will then inherit the earth while the wicked will melt away. Remember some innocent babies where killed during the time Herold is looking for the baby Jesus..hmm accidentally innocent guys will get involve in the process but God will save us so will we enjoy the paradise on earth!!!.

We all now that disasters are going fast, but, does anybody have any good argument or evidence that he could explains why this is happing in our global villages? Does it something happen without reason? Is there something behind it? Is it possible to destroy this one within since from continent to continent? I believe there a lot of reason causing this increase of disaster. But we need to share causes of these actions many people do not pay more attention why it is happening. Nothing happen without reason, every thing happening to our life is already written is Allah’s Book recorded from the beginning of the world to the end of the world. For everything whatever to be.
Your clear argument will be highly appreciated.

El, nobody is saying that these natural disasters are happening without a reason, but I may disappoint you here with my explanation. It just happens that natural disasters have always taken place, long before there was such a thing as global village, long before there was any kind of life on Earth.
That is how the Universe is built. It is made out of energy and sometimes this energy is released through natural disasters like those we are experiencing today.

Natural disasters increased in our time because of the us. Global Warming had made its fame today, and the more Global Warming gets worst the more disaters and catastrophes we will experience.
If you are reading the bible it is wriiten there both in the Old and New Testament the things that will and had take place here in our time.
The Words of the Lord are taking place now!!!

Thanks for your valuable participation on this issues. I feel people do not make much more attention just like these issues. As you have mention, and could test your statement you are cristian. Therefore, Muslim holly Quran and Cristian holly bible had came out same source, although made cristian bible a lot of changes and exaggrations by human. However, as I could guest, there a lot of stories about early disasters happened in the first centures of the world. In holly Quran we have tremendous stories about early generation who have rejected to worship their loard lonely and than punished by sending them angles cut them on their residential places, others had been destoried by winds, water and others horrific disasters. In any time people make what Allah does not allow his slaves to act, he punish them. Alot of things angrying Allah are going now on the world. In any way, could you tell us please, what casualts people in philibain ship sink in china sea were doing before the disaster?.

Hi everyone!!
Well, first of all, this is the first time I participate in a board, so I don't know how to start... okay, well, I just want you to know my opinion about a natural disaster.
I live in Mexico, where there are many problems related to over-exploitation of the natural resources. In many cases that is the cause of natural disasters. People sometimes are not conscious about the fragility of nature and they start destroying everything around them. And when a natural disaster happens, they blame nature for that. They just don't realise that if they would have manage nature carefully, no natural disaster may have occurred.

We need change and it is obvious!! because things are not favouring us, as for, it become the reason of this questions. Like the last post above said, yes we need to care for our enviroment than worsting things for ourselves which is our responsiblity because we need change torwards better condition but God cares for it most....

Hi Plato,
It is true everything is under the control of Allah; we are very weak in terms of our individual ability and even the whole world. Just one example, if one earth quake hit in our world jus 10 minute with a large speed rate, nothing will be on the earth. We will be poverty. Let me show you another angle, the entire contents of the world are within Oceans, if they abruptly move over us like Tsunami occurred in Indian Ocean, you can scale the lost of the power and you think about how we are weak. The big question here is, do the people aware of that Allah intended a time the world exist and that time close to end soon? That could not be controlled if we all use our latest technology and power.

The bible does speak of the time known as the begining of sorrows. The begining of the labor pains. And any woman will tell you that once the labor pains start, they increase and become more intense.
Those who do not subscribe to that belief still feel it. hence the OP. They will call it global warming or climate change. The diference in these two belief systems will be great in the coming years.
