Saipan is an U.S. commonwealth. Located in the Pacific, in the Mariana Islands, despite being grounds for army recruiting and having an economy using U.S. dollars, there is a minimum wage of $3.05 an hour, and a billion dollar garment industry that repeatedly abuses human rights, and acts as a gateway to prostitution. We must show we care, and act to help these people, who sometimes don't even know any better, or are unable to help themselves.
