MPESA is a financial service offered by Safaricom, Kenya's leading mobile phone operator, that allows a user with an appropriate SIM card to transfer money to other people with or without an MPESA account. The lowest transaction cost ranges between Kshs. 50 to Kshs. 75 divided in different proportions between the sender and the recipient.cant it rival the banking industry in third world..

Its been here..but since its a way to make it easier for people "busy people somehow" to do business, personal transaction at easy.
it would also create an opportunity for more people to ue=se the internet more and telco providers should be repositioning for the future.
It is the Future of modern day banking
