How does the new header work for you?

We just launched improved drop down menus in the header that are more 'sticky' -- don't disappear when you move slightly off them, and work better across browsers.
Looking forward to any feedback you all have!

Hello Mike !
The new header is really cool and useful. It is easier now to browse the different sections of TIG.
I think that it is a good technical improvement in the TIG website.

Hi Mike,
The design is good, work well but it's dark compare to the content page and others colors, maybe you can reduce the darkness ,

 initially i's a lilttle puzzled not seeing the familiar page...in fact i refreshed twice. Definitely it's usefull but simply not catchy (to a Guest especially i felt).
jst wondering can't the list be spread on horizontally, instead vertically, to utilize the vacant space. Thus people like me would not refresh the page, again & again, that way  :

Oh - maybe if you don't see it there is a problem. What browser are you using?
It is very similar - to the old one - it's a bit thicker, and when you mouse over it - it wont roll away like it used to until you click!

the black color does makes it less attractive, maybe a Gray colour would do. . .which blends more with the content page.

Yes, I agree with what some TIG members said before me.
It is really good, easier to browse ... For the color, it is less attractive when it is too dark, maybe instead of black, choosing an other color like blue, green (but clear) or gray would be more adequate.

OMG!!! I've been using Firefox these days & could not find the familiar home-page.
But through I.E. it''s usual, with a different colour.
