I feel it's not our right to say if people can't get married...it's their personal coice to choose who they want to be with...and who are we to judge them? they should have the same rights we do...to love and marry the one they love. As long as they are happy!

Yes I believe that your points are very true. We need to let people live their lives in the way they believe it is fit, we should never discourage anyone to not marry or loving another person.

It is wrong by Islam and I am a Muslim so I believe it is wrong.
I see all this talk about "love". It's not really love, just lust for another body to fulfill ones desires that drives homosexuality. And even if it is love, there are things far more important that loving another human in faith.

Approving gay rights, is it the best way humanbeings will express our uniqueness to God even may looking it from evolution, ie, apes, dog, goat, horse etc are they praticing gay living or maybe evolution will finaly bring them to this point one day??
Maybe to express why we are UNIQUE to our creator is by humanly turning nature upsidedown??

There are different kinds of love indeed. A man can love a man in a brotherly way and a woman can love a woman in a sisterly way. A man cannot love another man (or woman love a woman) in the same way a man loves a woman. It is incorrect by nature. Saying we live in the 21st century should mean we are more advanced and civilized, correct? However, accepting homosexuality as permissible is a sign of backwardness. Remember the Greeks? Homosexuality was rampant in their society with older men having young boys as sexual companions. That was many many years ago, and then this disgusting tradition was subdued for a while by Prophet Jesus (AS) and then Prophet Muhammed (S). The acceptance of sinful behavior such as fornication, adultery, promiscuosity, homosexuality, etc. is not a sign of modernism, more a sign of backwardness.

And mind you, such unholy love you are thinkING, is not actualy the kind of love we need in this world...Take ur time to understand "agape love" and stop having unholy affections that only leads to distructions. i mean:
it isn' important if someone is
- black or white
- tall or small
- european or american
- a bank manager or a electrician
- a man or a woman
ecc
how i can conclude this just like that??
because i think every one is equal.
because i think every one should have the same rights.
u argument with the love under age, this is a complete other theme and has nothing to do with it.
it is just about that love doesn't care about who u are, man or woman, ecc
i am talking about the civil wedding. there are a lot of couples who live together for years, would like to get married but can't get it. this just because of their gender.
the civil marriage brings a lot of rights to them ex that the government accept it, that after the death the partner has the right to inherit, ecc
it's about daily rights that a married couple has, but gay couples can't have because they are who they are - because they love who they love.
the marriage in church is a complete other thing. i am conscious about the fact that the church can't accept than.
(I've been raised in the catholic relgion, which doesn't matter, but just to tell u that i 've read the bible).
but i still hope that some day they can accept the gay marriage. that will not mean that two man can say "yes, i will" in the church, that sounds impossible for me, but just that the curch can accept them.

It isn't about sex, it is about love.
Love includes sex. but sex doesn't mean love.
why is this such a strange thougt, that a man can love a man/a woman can love a woman (without the argument that it is just sex or lust and nothing else)???
I can't understand how u can say

love is love, the "kind" of love, doesn't matter
in don't want to talk about what is holy or not, but in my opinion
- or something is holy
- or something isn't holy
so if love is holy it includes all "kinds" of love (how u said)
or it isn't holy (and also now it includes all ur "kinds of love" )

No, those are different kinds.
Unless you are saying that
Parent-Offspring
Sibling-Sibling
also include sex?
Partner-Partner is only correct when it is a man and woman, preferably inside marriage, but that is another issue.
Homosexual "love" is a perversion upon love, and not an actual form of it.
