How busy are we to spend time for good health?

Many people around me seem to complain so frequently about thier stomach problems, weight problems, breathing probelms, dental problems...and the list goes on. Many of these freinds around me also do not seem to find time to visit doctor for consulations when they face these difficulties.
I keep wondering how do we all prioritize between our health and work? We keep worrying about health and we keep talking about health problems. But when it comes to taking that useful step , something seems to come in the way. How do we break this cycle?
I have been complaining about my weight. and from last month i go for regular morning walks. I also exercise everyday. I wake up early to do so.and I sleep early (definitly by 11)
What do you do to take out time for your health?

I regularly exercise in evening and morning.... that keeps me fit for working whole day. I think early morning walk is very important as it rejuvenates the body. ....
for loosing weight i believe drinking lots of water is the key to sucess....
