Whenever coal is burning, sulfur is produced. When sulfur travels deep in the atmosphere, which contains nitrogen and when nigtrogen and sulfur is mixed together acid rain is created. Most of the time, acid rain occurs in tropical.

Yes, your are right, but I really have a question to ask. In China, there are still people using coal as a way to warm up their houses, but why did China still have less acid rain happening thoughout each year compare with other places?
