Payab, as an Afgan you may not understand Africa, and i bet thats why you andwered so, but trust me, without me, my company has no alternative but to call someone from the UK to maintain its machines, thats makes me kind of important i believe and in that context i ain't stupid, but when i make a mistake, my boss calls me ," A STUPID AFRICAN", why the my stupid African phrase?, why not just call me stupid? or say Idiot and i would be fine with that. So before you judge me, try and put yourself in my shoes and probably you will get to answer me correctly.

The world is dominated by western media, western concepts. A lot is beneficial but a lot is also detrimental. Somehow I've always come across people from western nations to consider themselves superior to people from other countries. And people from these nations could be of any race who think they are superior. I think the problem is because of the vast gap in development and the problem of catching up with technology. Once you can develop that in your own country, and make your country self-sufficient, I'm sure world opinion would change. These constant mini-wars among neighbouring African countries is thwarting development. So everyone gets the idea that all of Africa is under-developed or lacking in skilled persons. I agree, your countries need to stand united as one continent. As for your boss, he's an idiot.

hah, this is not the reason to call the whole of africans Stupid....if ur Boss is not stupid then he wont call u stupid, that is why we say the western World always thinks and says in the opposite to africa and other nations. i mean they call themselves intelligent and call u and others stupid.
And Secondly, If u dont have somone to fix the machines in your office, then it doesnt mean that u r stupid coz u dont have anyone to fix it , it is coz of the vast gap b/w them and u. regarding the technology and other stuff.
So Never get under estimated...be always proud of wat u r !

Because you are black and a minority does not make you stupid. we are all created by the same God and your skin colour should not in any way make you feel stupid. All you have to do is be proud of who you are and what you have acheived in life. However, you can only be stupid if you think you are.

Without education and proper nutrition during childhood anybody will be a bit slow. As for figuring out machines, don't feel bad Henshagz. Even in America most people are helpless at changing their own oil and anybody over 25 seems to be incapable of using a computer.

There is no way to generlize and dub someone stupid because of color of skin or geography.
However, there are numerous studies and observations showing multiple genetic differences - in aptitutudes, inclinations, behavioral patterns - that are typical for one or another ethnic.
Examples of this are numerous. To give one, when European colonists entered American continent, many indigenous people were killed as a consequence, but even more and faster died because of of number of sicknesses that Europeans developed immne system against but to which all Aboriginal groups were prone and died en masse.
Yes, humans are NOT born equal on genetic level. There are differences, but sweeping generalizations are niether solicited nor desired.
