Fighting for Human Rights, Fight for Peace, Fight for Truth and Love

We love peace, we love to have our human rights written neatly and carefully onto a shiny peace of parchment, and we just love a country filled with love. And we will FIGHT for it all.
When is it that we have to fight for what's right? When did we get so violent that everything has to be fought for? Sure enough, we uses rather violent phrases everyday, "Kill the stereo", "Fight the hunger", "War on Terror." Sure enough, despite the fact that we are aiming for peace, our language just doesn't seem to speak it. And when did hunger and terror became living objects that we can wrestle around with?
Are we seriously aiming for peace? Then shouldn't we start by fixing the smallest thing, our speech. Words in itself is powerful, and by correcting the way we speak, we correct our mindset.
Speak it, like we meant it. I don't ever want to think that we have to use a problem to solve the problem, neither do I ever want to explain to my children how this loops works, because I am just not as smart as the rest of the bunch.

dialogue is the key to peace making, and i believe is high time we should stand up for peace, starting from our homes, to the communities, and beyond.
