Implimentation, a call for concern

The awareness of the deadly disease called AIDS started some long time ago and has almost reached its peak these recent times but we notice that the rate of HIV AIDS patients in the world especially Africa keeps increasing every day, to what can we push this increase every day? Is it because there is little awareness? In a country like South Africa which is one of the most developed nations in Africa registering or being one of the nations with the highest number of HIV AIDS infected persons, how do we explain this high level of infection with the numerous TV and radio programs which do go air every second on HIV AIDS?
I do believe the problem lies in the area of implimentation, we in Africa take the disease as another illness so we do not take seriouly the dangers and methods of prevention which is being lished out to us every day. I believe Africans have to be come macture and begin implimenting what they see or hear over TV and radio respectively, Africans have to sit up and start putting into practice what they learn from conferences and semina every now and then. AIDS is not another story it is real and it thus kills
