dear friends,
as a young adult, livinf far away in a new setting away from my family and friends i encounter lot of stress and boredom at times....
to counter such malancholy i indulge in cooking and find it to a great stress buster !!
has any of you experienced the same? in case you have, would you like to share such experiences? i would also encourage other friends to join and share some of the UNCONVENTIONAL methods of stress busters!!
by no means i say that cooking is an unconventional stress buster!!
regards,
rohit.

I read the newspaper last day, it said about Google-about the SPAM- how to cook the spam. IIt is so interesting and amusing.
When I get stress, I usually write and write what I want. I also try to find a reason to go out and take a walk, sitting on a long bench outside and look around , trying to breathe in and out well or try to help someone I see that needs my hands.
On those days, I want to eat more delicious meals. There are boring days. I usually try for a new one that I have never taste in cooking.
Cooking is interesting. I would like to cook more and more. But to me, sitting alone and thinking about myself is the best way to escaped from stress.
