New TIG member: Where is the best place to get started?

I am new at TIG.
I am also doing a school project about Int'l Debt relief for Highly Indebted Poor Countries.
I know that the Millenium developement goals were an important part of addressing the debt issues of the international scene.
I am just asking everybody, where on TIG can I make an impact and learn important things.
How do I get started?

Well first of all - welcome to TakingITGlobal! As for how you can make an impact on TIG, specifically around the MDGs, the Guide to Action on the MDGs might be of interest, you can get it here. If you are already involved in an organization, group or project working towards achieving the MDGs definitely feel free to add it to the site, if it isn't already listed somewhere. If it is an organization we have an Organizations database, if it is more project-based, then there is a Projects tool that can help you manage the project and related content you'd like to add to TIG.
Other ways to get your voice heard on TIG is through TIGblogs, and discussion boards ... and I'm sure there are other TIG members who will have more suggestions for you, but there's a start!
