empowerment of women

empowerment of women is now speaking of "EMPOWERMENT" OF WOMEN, of discovering one’s own strength, of teaching women how to exert their influence, i.e. of decentralization of power to women, so that they could use it in a different way towards different goals.

To me i believe that women have everything going for them. There are treated fine and not discriminated by the men. There seem to be their own problem as they do not care for each others plight. I don't understand the kind of empowerment they require unless what they desire is for we men to go off the scene and leave it for them which is naturally not possible.
Women are by nature made to support and assist their husbands who are the men. They are limited by natural issues like child birth and mentrual issues to mention but a few. This sort of limitation s makes it impossible for them to compete with the male folks of the same rank.
More on it to follow later...

The government and society have putten a lot in empowering women. Most of these women in the developing nations are either sacared or are not self motivated enough to take up challenges. I believe its an issue of education rather than empowerment. The society has grown in a way that, it has created opportunities for women to take up roles and make their voices heard. To be frank, here in Ghana the average woman has more previllages (as in education, careers, legislation and social life) than the average man. So what sought of empowerment again do they need.

Some of this may be true, however, you are speaking about the natural differences between men and women, it doesn't address the social imbalance that we see in many countries. There is a strong link between overpopulation, gendercide, poverty to women's education. Equality starts with giving women around the world the same right to education as men and giving them choice in their lives. It is this choice that they have been lacking in many areas of the world

I do not mean to bash women down but I do concern about over empowered women abuse their power and bully their counterparts, especially those moral values are low.
