Serious help with internet

This is the problem:
I use Roger's high speed internet and these days, it's getting slower and slower. It gets to one page in like 1 minute or 2 mins. I have a labtop. I want to know what the problem is.

roger's do that to you at times dunt worry about. if it doesnt get better by a month call them and ask them the problem. no point posting it here unless someone works for rogers here.
