Help ! - Project Document Upload

Hugh, Mike or whoever responds first...
I created a project site for a friend today to show them what TIG could offer in terms of creating a virtual space for his project.
I tried to upload a word document through the project documents facility you have available, however, I fill in the information and select the file that I want to upload, however it keeps coming up with the error message....
Projects System
You must upload a document file to add a document to your project!
Then the following code appears at the bottom of the page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /sites/takingitglobal.v3/includes/header_high.inc:3) in /sites/takingitglobal.v3/action/projects/home/projectview-do.html on line 308
Am I doing something wrong ? Is the file too big ? or is there some problems with the programming ???

Create the project and send me the link and the document. Let me see if it works...
I'm not a techie here at TIG I just know a lot of the answers, that's all and Mike and Martin are really busy.
