should canada join america for future war?

I was and still is on the fence post for that question, i couldn't make the decision. canada did not join in the america's in the beginning of war against iraq as most of you probably have known. but there was positive points and negetive points of that decision. so should canada join america for future wars? tell me your opinion.

It is difficult to decide to fight someone to the death. If we had to actually face the perceived ennemy ourselves, we may most often opt out. One must have awfully good reasons... or a very short fuse to do so. I am of the opinion that Canada should not join the US in anything in particular if the only reason it does so is because the US is its neighbour and trade partner - or out of fear of retaliation should it not support American views, no matter how warped and imperialist. I believe that Canada should, just as any individual in any given group, make up its own mind as to whether it is useful to intervene in a violent manner in any particular situation. In the case of the war on Iraq, I never believed the rhetoric and excuses given to justify the killings. In fact, in a more enlightened world, it would be obvious that violence is the last resort of the incompetent. Canada, if it is to represent me, must do all in its power to find and implement solutions instead of using force to maintain its standard of living at the expense of other peoples.

dude canada cant war for beans because its freedon place..peace place even if it did join america canada wont be much of a help..canada have soldiers but they can fight..they have very few soldiers
