I beleive we have all wished Africa achieved the MDG'S by 2015. The question we need to ask our selves is that, what has been our commitment over the years. Government seems not to do much to achieve the Goals. Infrastructure poses a greater challenge to the achievement. Lack of Hospitals, Schools and many are issues we all need to look at

I strongly agree with you that Africa is facing a serious problem of lacking infrastructure in all sectors, but who can adress this big issue if it's not the public power? yet the private sector can play a big role when there is adequate policies and regulations.
