So, i am holding a conference next year for youth and i want to get it declared a non-profit organization for sponsership purposes. I have the forms from the canadian government to apply, but i was wondering if those who have gone through the process could help me out with what to expect. How long did it take to get declared not for profit? Was is horribley tedious in that you had to almost harass people to getg things done? DO they declare a lot of oorganizations non-profit? any information would be EXTREMELY helpful.
