New Shape of War..

In the ancient times War was some thing in which other nations were directly involved…..one nation used to cross border, do killing themselves and be killed in clashes.
But now the trend has changed , instead of going to other country it is very easy and help full to empower rebels in that country support them, control their leaders and give them instructions so that there is no need for direct intervention………………………..
These rebels are very useful, they can be used to weaken the governments, carry unlawful deeds without having blames on them…
These rebels can never establish a separate state too because they do not have Tongue in moth so that they can convey message, communicate with public etc.because they do not have media so there is no fear that these rebels will once get independence and be a head ache. …….some rebels have been active in some countries from half a century but still they have not made it , they do not have Capital states, no law , no action strategy etc.
Countries in which these Viruses are introduced…..day by day getting stronger and stronger are ….
Pakistan -------------------------------------- Rebels, Balouch movement, Taliban, local tribes
Afghanistan------------------------------------ Taliban’s, Tribes in North
Sirilanka--------------------------------------- Tamil Tigers,
Columbia---------------------------------------- Left Hand ___ Rebels
Chad------- Rebels, even had captured capital for a few days
Some African countries like Sudan etc.
These rebels are like diseases that can not finish human nor can body recover from them because they are part of foreign policies, there is somebody that wants them there .
Yester day President of Columbia declared that Left Hand Wiengs are not terrorists they are armies with laws and rules. …. But other officials declared that he was wrong for the kidnaps and killing can only be done by terrorists……..
This is a fact that these rebels exceed 46 thousand ……so it is an ideology on which 46 thousand people can agree, and are ready to sacrifice life and property for it.
So I ask who does make rebels and empower them? Some times they are very large part of community why are they not given the right to participate in governance……..
What is your opinion about new trend of War………. How much dangerous this war is ?
Because its long lasting war never ending till dooms day…

One of my friends told me about clashes between Tamil tigers in Indian and a local Tribe called “khans” he said that Tamil Tigers killed 3 Persons of this tribe , on this the head of the tribe got very angry . He killed 85 Tamil Tigers in 2 days , dragging them out of their houses and killing them . soon it turned into a bloody war . The Khans seemed successful
People believed that they will soon finish Tamil Tigers… people thought that government will help Khans in fight against Tamil tigers but they bombarded “khans” killing men , women and children of this tribe.
He said that when officials were asked about this wicked act they replayed that they were ordered to do so………………. So who gave orders ? is still which is not know ..
I do not know up to how much extent it will be true or not .

The bigger and more structured and cetralized the general warfare becomes in its involvement of governmental funding, weapon production and proliferations, the more there is a niche for smaller and privatized approach.
Privatized warfare is a becoming more and more a preferred means of waging wars. Be it a a radical Islamic charity sponsoring a group of armed men with agenda to kill or destroy or be it an alleged security contractor sponsored by a mammoth of private contracts from the Defense ministry.
In 2003 the US government handed 3512 contracts to companies performing security (sometimes without clear-cut rules of engagement and therefore no clear mandate of action) functions. In 2006 Department of Homeland Security issued more than 115,000 such contracts. The global "homeland security industry" (especially for Americans) - insignificant before 2001 - is now a $ 200 billion industry.
I don't have numbers for the terroristic groups, but I am sure they are impressive.
Small is better, private is better. These are the keywords in the modern warfare.
