If this was scientology why dont they help the german branch?? they have their Euro branch and sem to be well funded

The fact is all presented on videos as Germans violates Human rights and germans would never say YES YOU ARE RIGHT!!!

Today I got the following letter from Olivier Karrer, CEED, Paris to a friend in Poland (also working in our group against German Jugendamt and involved in political actions in European Parliament in Brussels):
Dear Doctor K.,
you asked me if the French Government and Members of Parliament are working in order to protect their own fellow citizens in Germany against the illegal and dishonnest secret activities of German JUGENDAMT and JUGENDHILFEAUSSCHUSS.

First topic. (A part translation in english is given on the top of page).
French press (AFP) related some days ago, that a German boy, described by German Jugendamt as a 'criminal', was sent to Siberia in one of these numerous Kinderlager held abroad by German Jugendamt (öfftentlicher Träger der Jugendhilfe) or it's covered subsidiaries (freie Träger der Jugendhilfe e.V.). Boys and Girls, who in most cases do have a non-german parent are torn from their parents, placed without any objective reason, but a political one, in forster care families, in foster homes, in psychiatrie.
There, in German homes, deprived of any parental love, they turn to criminal.
If they, and their parents, still refuse to accept these dictatorial methodes, these German legal injustice, what Germans traditionally call commonly 'THERAPIEN' (in Germany these incredible methods are basics of the German Jugendhilfe - aid to the youth !), then they are sent far abroad to break any resistance and their will to return to their parents.

CEED already qualified these German-legal practises as 'German-legal international child trafficking' organised by German authorities throughout Europe. In a Video-Interview taped with Lara, 13, in december 2007,

CEED asked (in french) Mister Frattini and the Governments of various EU-Member states (France, Italy, Poland, Spain and Portugal) to proceed without any delay to some investigations towards such German Kinder Laeger on their own territories. We know definitely, that children where sent to those countries.
Same Jugendamt is - according to German Law - dealing in ANY case brought before a German Court, where a binational couple files for divorce. There, it does not describe children as above mentionned as 'criminals' but describes systematically all non-german parent as a 'potential danger' for his children. In order to torn them away from their second culture, for ever.

Guys,
it is quite clear that the tone of this disucssion has reached unacceptable levels of personal verbal misuse.
Nevertheless, it should be noted that human rights violations happen everywhere, and that they are not necessarily pure governmental policies.
In addition, the role of children protection agencies is essential in every society that claims to be part of the modern world.
Meanwhile, the magnitude of such tragedies rings the bells of the human conscience to trigger more proactivity against such misfortunes.
A couple of weeks ago, I received an email message, which I would like to share with you.

Residential Schools, and their families were never informed of their fates.
How did these thousands of children disappear or die in your care, and why?
Where are the children buried? When will they be returned to the care of
their families?
It is known that thousands of children are buried in unmarked mass graves at
residential school locations all across Canada. The Churches and the
Government responsible for their care never mentioned missing children,
until the Minister of Indian Affairs was confronted by the media (thank you)
in Spring 2007. The Government and Churches have now appointed themselves responsible for 'Truth and Reconciliation' with Indigenous Nations and people all across Canada.
The church and government 'Truth and Reconciliation Commission' has no
credibility to make judgements about whether crimes were committed within,
and by their own institutions. In a recent letter to Minister of Indian
Affairs Chuck Strahl from Kevin Annett (Eagle Strong Voice), award-winning
producer of the film UNREPENTANT and author of the groundbreaking book
Hidden from History: The Canadian Holocaust, Mr. Annett asked:
"Would we have let serial killer Clifford Olson run the inquiry into the
location and fate of his murdered victims? Or help him avoid imprisonment by issuing 'apologies' and a bit of money to his victims' families? Then why
are we allowing and paying for far more prolific killers to do exactly that
towards their 50,000 victims, those killers being the Roman Catholic,
Anglican and United Church of Canada, and the Government itself?"

That is the topic.
If you wish to discuss the violations you were talking about then you have to open your own threat.

the topic we are discussing could not be possibly limited to Germany, since similar complaints have emerged from countries like Canada and Australia for example.
In a globalized world, we cannot be limited by geographical boundaries, I believe..
Nevertheless, TIG is a global website, where everyone is welcomed to present cases from his/her own surrounding environment, that are relevant to the topic under discussion.

You are very young. Do you have own children?
I think you have to learn a lot. So listen:
Through the last 20 years and especially at the moment a lot Germans (and foreigners) leave Germany for ever. The number is higher than before, during and after the second world war.
Reason:
Violation of human rights and the danger to loose your freedom, property, health and your life and the life of your family without any reason.
Our government makes a lot propaganda and is telling cock-and-bull stories to the people in Germany.
The number of brave people, themselves damaged by the state and still living in Germany, who help victims to leave Germany is increasing (thank goodness).
The resistance in Germany is increasing. We get more and more members.
Some of them are older and also their grandparents were fighting in the french resistance during the second world war or against Franco. In the meantime our members are in whole Europe. Our organisation is speading.
We are fighting for elemination of the German Jugendamt, Human Rights in Germany and A FREE GERMANY.
The power is with us!!

I am sorry to say that Germany is not the only country where these horrible things has happened.
Please check aboriginal history in north american..

Ms. Arbour announced Sunday that she was retiring after years of international service.
In 1997, Ms. Arbour is said to have been informed by her chief of investigations, Australian Michael Hourigan and his team, including FBI agent Jim Lyons and Canadian police officers assigned to their unit that it was the RPF who had shot down the plane and massacred all those people.
"But instead of indicting Paul Kagame and the RPF men who had murdered all those people she ordered Hourigan to come to The Hague where she told him to kill the investigation and to burn his notes", says Mr. Black.
"This makes her an accessory to mass murder and a war criminal."
