I have an idea for you !
How would you like to bring some Australian Aborigines to the European courts to talk the parliamentarians about whats it s like to be removed from their families and culture.
I am sure you have done that with the german children from the google videos.
Its something to publicise it world wide, and Australian Aborigines do need some help.
Its costly but perhaps we can minimise it my videoconferencing and taped interviews.
I can liaise if you like

I made it through the first 10 google videos you posted. They are about four different cases. One of the cases is from Graz in AUSTRIA. Austria is not Germany. Austria is Austria. The two children in the Austrian case were taken from their mother because she had attempted suicide.
Although the other cases do seem to be instances of Youth Agency abuse, there just aren't 1000's of cases as you claim.
I can tell you are in much pain, so I will ignore your suggestion that I can't think for myself. I hope you get justice. If posting outrageous claims about Germany not being a democracy gives you a sense of accomplishment, I hope you are comforted. Somehow I doubt you will be.

Hi guys, the fact here is that Germany violates Human Rights and how we gonna stop !!And MR STAN SMITH, are you a german or swiss?? or a Japanese ??
What ever you are, we think you should read before you talk.
We also know that there are undercover Germans here trying to harm the victims instead of helping them!!!!
Germans are good at it
They do not invest money for schools and education but pay for the SPYS .
Some times just to chase one little child!
Sometimes they even pay hellicopter to chase 4 and 6 yrs old boys.Sometimes, they send ashes from a dead child in the foster home where they have abused the kid.Sometimes they do not hear the cries of refugees who are burnt alive!!

Definitely not ! have you seen our case against the HIGH COURT AUSTRALIA?
Right now i dont know anything about your case, or if u have one. You have shown us the cases brought before the european court.
Its very hard to know to where to look for information for you:
Convention on the rights of the child or the usual HUMAN RIGHTS treaties.
BTW, thats your child hung in that Blog? what did the Police say? what did the European courts say?

I have actually no problems i an count right away but as people here are very miuch arrogant and no opinion of human rights as a teacher, there is no sense to dicuss about this/And if Germans are hereto discuss there is no way out instead to hear and hear again the whole story like Holocaust never existed, or everyone just want to say bad things about germany as the whole world hates Germany and and and .
My title was(pl help me stop human rights violations) and not( pl help me more human rights violations in germany)
Seems like Mr Smith Stan doesn't know what he is writing and threatening isn't alo not allowed in my group!!
And we welcome every german who wants to help but not to harm as we know that there re alot of under cover germans who tried to get out nformations about the victims in germany!!!
But the act of Mr Smith Prieten 47 showed us how the Germany really is.Stasi,Nazi and violates Human rights in the name of United Nations and in the name of Amnesty and in the name of Rote Kreuz, and and and .
It is a shame !!!!! Germany, never learnt out f their mistakes, instead tried to stop people who are trying to get help for the victims!!!

well i dont know what to say !! i too need to some help, but just to contact/email the OHCHR to see where our petition is at.
Its hard to bring a broad case against a state because you have no authorisations from the other persons, so you have less information and evidence, and thus making your case "look" weak.
And also if you NEVER listen o what i say, please take this advice:
when you try to prove someone is in the wrong, try to make them look wrong and NOT try to make YOU look right (I hope you can see a distinction ! )
ALSO if you have contact with families that maybe affected; if anyone is trying to steal your children without PROPER reasons, just accuse the officers of SEXUAL ABUSE !! Make them prove their case for taking your children !

Ah, yes, I should have known.
This campaign against Germany and various Youth Agencies is being orchestrated by the Scientology "Church". Apparently, a 14 year old girl from Berlin fled from her Scientologist family and sought protection from the Hamburg Youth Agency.
Ever since, the Scientologists have been waging a war on the Youth Agency. They have been waging a war on Germany in general ever since the mid-1990's when the German government refused to officially recognise the Scientologists as a church. Apparently the mafia-like tactics of the Scientologists in the economic sphere and their persecution of ex-members reminded the Germans too much of their own Nazi past and they have been hostile to the Scientologists ever since.
Prominent Scientology members like Tom Cruise have taken out expensive ads in the New York Times and the Washington Post which had the same "German torture, German rights abuses, German fascism, German Nazis" propaganda that we are seeing in this thread.

Open Letter to President Nicolas Sarkozy in regards the practices of the German Jugendamt
Dear Sir,
On the occasion of the French Presidential visit to South African I take the opportunity to address President Nicolas Sarkozy through your Embassy in regards to the situation in Europe regarding international child abduction to Germany and the role played by the German Jugendamt in violating the fundamental freedoms and human rights of the victim children and their entire foreign families.
In particular I write to approach President Nicolas Sarkozy while he is here in South Africa for his assistance as my two South African born children were abducted over 12 years ago to Germany and since then all contact to them has been forbidden by the German Regime. On the 14 July 2001 I joined Olivier Karrer a French citizen (of the Human Rights Organisation CEED International based in Paris) in Berlin Germany to stage a hunger strike in protest of the practices of the past being practised by the German Regime whereby foreign children are routinely stolen in a program of state sponsored child abduction to Germany.(Lebensborn).

Although we brought the matter to the attention of the entire German nation including the German Chancellor, although we were met by senior German politicians and members of the German administration, although these persons made numerous promises to rectify the matter, not one of their promises has to this day been honoured. Not One! In fact I and Olivier Karrer have been purposely, deliberately, systematically victimised by officials of the German Regime because we dared to bring the problem into the public arena. We have both been denied justice because we spoke out against injustice and human rights violations being committed by the German Regime.
In desperation in December 2006 CEED International brought the matter to the attention of the petitions committee of the European Parliament in the form of a Petition. We spellt out clearly the role of the German Jugendamt and the nazi methods of the past that are employed to steal the children of , to demonise and to intimidate the victim foreign parents of child abduction to Germany.
As President Nicolas Sarkozy will be taking over the Presidency of the European Parliament as of June 2008 for six months I have high expectations of him.
My request to him is that he do all in his power to find a solution to the German Problem during his Presidency that will be in line with European thinking and practice. A solution that is in line with international thinking and practice. The practices of the past that are still being routinely and systematically practised in Germany can not be allowed to continue in this century. I request that he put as much pressure to bear on the German regime as it requires to force them to change their totally unacceptable ways of the past that are still being practised within the heart of the Modern Democratic Europe, within the structures of the European Union.
